Compliments, Complaints & Feedback

We are continually striving to improve the quality of education and support we provide for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We value the views of parents/carers and welcome feedback about your child’s experience at our school.

We greatly value positive feedback and are always pleased to hear when families feel supported by the school. Compliments can be shared directly with staff, the SENDCo or the Head Teacher, or through parent questionnaires and written correspondence.

We aim to work closely with families and resolve any concerns promptly and sensitively. If you have a concern regarding SEND provision, we encourage parents/carers to speak initially with the class teacher or SENDCo so that issues can be discussed and addressed as quickly as possible.
