Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Home Learning
As part of our school commitment in supporting Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health for children and families, we are pleased to share with you some home learning support that can help your child self – regulate their emotions, relax and feel calm and an opportunity to actively engage in wellbeing learning.
It is so important to do everything we can to protect our mental and emotional health in these troubling times, so we have provided you with self- regulation and relax kids CALM PACK to help give you some time to touch moments of calm and breathe through the uncertainty.
